Founder & HEad of development
Marie-Caroline Bonga
Caroline grew up in a small village in the countryside of the Netherlands where she discovered her passion for culture and connection. Third Glance Collective was founded from her desire to create a space of positive social impact that nurtures emerging talent and collaboration. Whether it is in her commitments as a language teacher, cultural consultant or writer, she consistently aims for collaborative growth, inclusive empathy and sincere curiosity.
She completed her bachelor degree in International Relations and Social Linguistics at the Liberal Arts University of University College Utrecht and obtained her Research Master in Social and Cultural Anthropology Degree at KU Leuven University. For the latter, she carried out her fieldwork in a silence retreat in Bali where she explored the touristic quest, hopes and aspirations of commodified silence. Additionally, she attended the International Summer School on ‘Woman and Migration’ at Venice International University, the International Summer School on ‘Eastern European Perspectives’ at the University of Iasi and volunteered at the European Conference for African Studies in Cologne.
